Woodland
Studios was built on the edge of campus 1981 - 1982. The Woodland Studio
Apartments/Condominiums consists of three separate housing units that
began remodeling in 2003.
The
Woodland Studios have roomy and modern studio efficiency apartments. Our
complex is small with only 76 units so it makes for a family type environment.
We have the convenience of off street private parking and a laundry room
for our residents. The lease options are nine and twelve months. We are
conveniently located near campus, shopping, and dining. Our rental agents
are friendly and eager to help. We will be sure you are satisfied with
