Mike is now accepting applications for Summer and Fall 2008. These units have new windows installed, along with a new ceiling fan, new refrigerator, new tile in the kitchen, entry, bathroom and good carpet. (only one unit left for May 2008) We do not use substandard appliances or equipment. All kitchen appliances are name brand merchandise. We aren't afraid to spend more on a dishwasher or other appliance to get quality. We will not install a generic product. This means better performance, more reliability, a nicer look and few repair cost. Rent is $525 per month with the water utility paid by the owner. Mike is so confident in the quality of his units that he invites you to see his and compare it with the competition. He also has a maintenance guarantee. If something breaks Mike doesn't want you to have to worry about it or live with it for weeks on end. He wants you to be completely satisfied with your home. If you report a maintenance problem we will get on it in 24 hours or less! In most cases we will act on it the very same day the problem is reported. Mike doesn't want to live with maintenance issues so you shouldn't have to either. Mike and the owner, Rob Wyse, value you as a resident. Want to save an addition 2%? If at any time during your leasing period you decided to pay 6 months worth of rent in advance then you will save 2% off of the total. This is great for a student that pays rent in advance once the student loan check arrives. (Renting through Mike only) Please e-mail
