1) I'm new to the complex? How can I get my parking permit?

Mike: Download the parking application and contact me, 859-231-0794, so that you can arrange to get your parking sticker.

2) I am new to the area so I don't know who I should call to get electric, phone and cable.

Mike: For electric call KU - Kentucky Utilities (800-981-0600). Electric usually runs around $20 - $25 per month. For cable and internet service call Insight (859-514-1400). Water is included in your monthly rent so no additional service is needed. Phone service is available through All-Tel (800-347-1991).

3) I need pay my rent but don't remember who to send the check to.
